Free standard shipping, with delivery expected within 9 to 12 business days, and rush delivery as fast as 2 business days, for which an additional fee applies and is shown at checkout.² The fee is not published, so you learn what the deadline costs after you have built the order.

SWAGO treats rush as a production decision, not a pricing strategy. Standard is 10 business days at no charge. Rush is 7 business days for a flat $100. Super rush is 5 business days for a flat $200. A 500-shirt event order pays the same rush fee as a 50-shirt one, because the fee covers the schedule change, not a percentage of your budget.

Where RushOrderTees is faster on paper is the two-day window. If that is your situation, send us the specs anyway. We check the blank is in stock and answer the same day. We would rather decline a job than promise a date we cannot keep.

An instant calculator is a great first look. It is also only as complete as the questions it asks. Sleeve prints, oversized prints, extra ink colors, individual names and numbers, split shipments and rush handling all change the number, and on any online tool they are easy to miss until the order is in production.

Our Design Studio shows live pricing as you build the order, so you get the same first look and can check out on the spot. For anything with more moving parts, a person sends a written quote that lists every charge, including shipping. That matters when the order has to reconcile against a purchase order or an event budget. What we quote is what you pay; our FAQ lists every fee we have.

Every volume printer fights the same physics: the more orders flow through a floor each day, the harder it is to catch a red that cured orange or a chest print sitting half an inch low. The fix is not a better policy. It is fewer orders per set of eyes.

A person reviews your artwork within 24 to 48 hours, you approve a proof, and the team that proofed it prints it. When your brand guide says a specific Pantone, that is what goes on the shirt.
