HatLaunch's ordering page prices every style from a single unit, with breaks at 12, 24, 48, 96 and up, and labels embroidery and leather patch "No Minimum Order."² That is a genuine advantage for a first-time buyer, a small team, or someone testing a design.

SWAGO's minimum for custom embroidered hats is 12 per design. Custom patches start at 50 because each patch run is manufactured to order. We do not try to compete below twelve, and if that is your order we would rather point you to a shop built for it.

This is a comparison where neither side hides the number. HatLaunch posts per-hat prices with item and decoration included, by quantity, for every style on its ordering page.² SWAGO shows live pricing in the Design Studio on every hat in our catalog: pick the style, upload the logo, change the quantity, and the price updates before you check out.

The honest test is to price the same hat on both sites at the quantity you actually need, then add shipping. SWAGO ships free nationwide; HatLaunch's shipping and expediting costs appear in the cart rather than on the page.³ Where our number tends to win is the combined order: the same logo on hats, polos and tees from one decorator, with one digitizing pass and one proof set.

HatLaunch states 10 to 14 business days from the day you place the order, and makes a point that the clock does not wait for artwork approval.¹ SWAGO's standard is 10 business days from proof approval, with artwork reviewed within 24 to 48 hours of ordering. On a normal job the two land in the same week.

Rush is where they differ. Ours is published on the FAQ and selectable at checkout: 7 business days for a flat $100, or 5 business days for a flat $200, whatever the order size. HatLaunch's cart carries an expediting line, but the fee and the resulting timeline are not published on the site.³

HatLaunch is hats. Apparel lives on a separate sister site, ShirtLaunch, with its own cart and its own production.¹ For a hat-only order that is irrelevant. For a uniform program, a restaurant opening, a corporate swag drop or a team order, it means two vendors, two proofs, two shipments and two chances for the logo to render differently.

SWAGO embroiders the hat, prints the tee, sublimates the polo and sources the drinkware under one roof in Hallandale Beach, with one account manager if you want one and one checkout if you do not. The embroidery file digitized for the cap is the same file used on the polo.

Singles and small runs, as covered above. A hats-only focus, which means every page on their site is about caps and the ordering flow has nothing else in the way. Published per-hat price tables you can read without uploading anything. For a small business that needs six trucker hats for the crew, HatLaunch is a very good answer.
